The Library

The Library is currently leased to one tenant. It has been beautifully renovated by Rick Davis of the R. Davis Companies, working with architects Dekker/Perich/Sabatini. The former reading room upstairs is a grand space of 6,000 square feet, with operable wood windows, high ceilings, open floor plan and historic bookshelves. The 4,000 square foot English basement has plenty of natural light and fresh air, in an open floor plan.
