Chosen by the City of Albuquerque for their innovative plan to renovate the historic Campus at Albuquerque High, Paradigm & Company assembled a team of qualified professionals to assist with all phases of the historic re-development process. At the same time, the team began looking for opportunities to build new mixed-use structures in the area.

Planning for the development of new buildings on available sites surrounding Albuquerque High was accomplished by bringing together the developer, urban designers, architects, City officials, investors and neighborhood property owners for a collaborative effort called a charrette. An analysis of current real estate market conditions along with the data gathered from new loft tenants at Albuquerque High provided the basis for a buyer profile, target price points and unit size. A variety of building types, uses and floor plans were created in response to housing demand trends.

By incorporating the principles of New Urbanism into the master plan, the neighborhood will be energized with a live/work/walk/shop/play lifestyle that encourages pedestrian activity, builds local businesses and adds value to real estate through a common community vision.
